To be honest, I don't yet know. They probably contacted me, because they misspelled it, and discovered that I was the only living expert on the Ultimate :) So far, it's just a step above a "prospect". It's curious the way these Ultimate (and MV) customers fall through the software vendor gaps and end up orphans because they never thought to maintain links to the community.
