I know of many but they each have their own varying level of

That IBM and Informix cared not a whit about mv. Rocket has yet to be
seen.
I also see it with the new (5 or so years now) owner of my ERP. They
are making a living selling a software product written by architects
long gone. I don't think they are committed to "making it better" or
cleaning up very much at all.
