Thanks to all for your suggestions. I've downloaded both the UniVerse ProVerb and the Reality documentations. The UV document seems to have all I'll need and is a bit easier to deal with. The Reality docs are a set of html documents and you have to download the entire manual set. Rocket has their documents in PDF form and you can download the parts that you need.

I haven't used PROC for 20+ years now and I've forgotten most of what I did know. Never did like that cryptic language.
