Hi Jeff,
I believe that Rocket are going to bring out a 64bit UniOLEDB driver. In the 
interim, you could link your UD server via a 32bit SQL instance (SQL Express or 
Compact) used as a bridge or possibly through the 32 bit interface of SSIS in 
2008/64.
There are some articles on the web which explain how to do either of these.
