Danny:
I have plenty of experience converting D3 to UniData. There are
significant differences you have to address and various tricks to get
the D3 backup restored on the UniData machine.
There are a number of things about UD that drive one crazy. What
overcomes all of this is that UniData is very fast and very stable on
Windows. Sometimes the different ways one has to do something made me
scratch my head and sometimes not. Either way, one must move on. :-)
I have a lot of notes and maybe can enlighten you a little. Contact me
