Hi everyone, I have not used the printer admin parts of SB very much. I have a customer trying to set up printers in SB but when he runs a report (/ARD type) and uses 'P' to go to the printer he gets this message about the printer not being 'started'. Anyone know what step we missed? Screen shot below if you can see it. Basically it's the SB Print Manager window, then centered on the bottom row 'THIS PRINTER IS NOT STARTED'.
