It doesn't work with Administrator either, hence the question as to if anyone 
know where it's trying to write to.
Yeah, I know it's now XAdmin, but for now gotta use UniAdmin.

This sounds like permissions. Try running "as Administrator". Worth noting that 
the current tool is XAdmin, UniAdmin has been pretty much replaced.
