I realize this is an unusual place to post this request, but it's driving me crazy and I'm hoping someone here can help. Just about every time I use the XP file dialog box to open or save a file, it scrolls multiple times when I click in the horizontal scroll bar. Has anyone seen this behavior and know what to do about it?
