And look in Windows Task Manager on the server. It may have been fixed by now (NT4/UV9.5 here), but we find the major cause of programs here is a rouge telnet process. If it happens, it'll grab 100% of one cpu - get two of them and our twin-cpu server starts running in treacle ...
