Any chance of shortening the
"Technical Support : UniVerse : xxxxxx"
to
"TechSup:UV: xxxxxxxx"
I cant see the full subject in Outlook if its so long...
(on this point: you just have no idea how frustrating to get
everyone
else's post, and not be able to interact... :(
