It's such a stupid message, too: I mean, why would anyone disable an email
account (due to improper use) only to allow you to use it again if you
simply provide your account information?

This definitely was a virus that came out less than a month ago.  I worked 
with my
ISP as many users are not as aware as I.  It originally had an attachment
that
was a zipped file that contained a virus.  The virus cleverly(?) 
incorporated the
domain name in the email body.
