Try Hugin - see http://www.hugin.com/ In Hugin, you do get access to the junction tree and can for example traverse it. The operations that can be done on the junction tree are pretty restricted, though, however I believe some of these restrictions are going to be lifted in the next version of Hugin. HTH, Ole J.
