[UAI] COLT 2002 deadline extended

Since we have received many inquiries about the fact that the deadline
for COLT is significantly earlier than previous years, we have
extended the deadline by one week.  The new deadline for submitting a
paper to COLT 2002 is

            Monday, February 4.
