My Dear Friends & Colleagues,

Since the inaugural issue of "Law, Probability and Risk: a journal of
reasoning under uncertainty" is now in (hard and electronic) print (see
http://www3.oup.co.uk/lawprj/current/), this is an opportune time for a
reminder that LPR, an Oxford peer review journal, welcomes your
submissions.

However, it would ease processing of submissions if the following
general rules were followed. All submissions from North and South
America should go to Professor Tillers. Submissions from elsewhere are
best sent to the editor with the most appropriate expertise. Submissions
of a mathematical or statistical nature should go to Dr. Aitken.
Submissions of a forensic science nature to Dr. Taroni. Submissions of a
legal nature should go to Dr. Redmayne. In doubt, send the submission to
Dr. Aitken who will decide how best to process it.

Sincerely,

    Peter Tillers
