Quantum Leap Innovations develops Intelligent Software that enhances people's ability to make decisions, develop and assemble knowledge. Quantum Leap has been chosen by the Office of Naval Research to develop an intelligent software system capable of integrating information from chemical and biological sensors with information from other information sources (such as hospital reports) to rapidly identify a threat and assist decision makers with developing a response to that threat. This 'Bio-defense' system will integrate practical implementations of state of the art research in knowledge representation, probabilistic AI, data fusion, planning, multi-agent systems, and human computer interfaces. We are looking to hire an AI Research Scientist to work on the Bio-Defense initiative, among other projects, including a Scheduling & Planning Framework for the Air Force Space & Missile Command, and an Augmented Cognition project funded by DARPA.
