Dear Rich, there is our LEXMED-system for Appendicitis diagnosis. It's error rate is about the same as that of an expert physician. LEXMED uses the method of maximum entropy and is being used in daily routine in our partner clinic since more than 3 years and by a lot of physicians via the free web interface.
