Dear Colleague I would like to remind you about the:
IEEE International Symposium on Empirical Software Engineering (ISESE 2003) (IEEE approval pending) We hope that this information will be useful to you. Please forward the following to anybody who you think may be interested. Our apologies if you received multiple copies of this. If you would like to be removed from our list please send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with REMOVE as the subject. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The objective of the symposium is to foster the development of empirical research in software engineering by providing a forum where researchers and practitioners can report on and discuss new research results. ISESE 2003 is part of, and co-located with ESEIW2003 - Empirical Software Engineering International Week: http://ese.uniroma2.it/events/eseiw2003 The symposium encourages the exchange of ideas within the international community so as to be able to understand, from an empirical viewpoint, the strengths and weaknesses of technology in use and new technologies, with the expectation of furthering the more generic field of software engineering. Papers describing unpublished, original work are solicited on any software engineering topic as long as there is an empirical component to the work being presented. Such contribution can take the form of a case/field study, controlled experiment, survey, meta-analysis of previous studies, or critical review of previous empirical work (e.g., from a methodological standpoint). Submission deadline: Saturday, March 29, 2003 For more details, check: http://ese.uniroma2.it/events/eseiw2003/isese2003/ Selected papers will be published in "Empirical Software Engineering: An International Journal": http://www.kluweronline.com/issn/1382-3256
