I'm interested in Bayes Net. I have a zip download file about the algorithm in order to update nodes in the Bayes net through propagation in a tree-structured Bayes net (see attached file). It's easy to understand because it is written follow the algorithm in a book of Professor Judea (PROBABILISTIC REASONING IN INTELLIGENT SYSTEM - Networks of Plausible Inference ). I'm looking for the algorithm to transform a DAG to polytree. If you could, please send me a related lecture, slide or introduce some web site where I can download source code in order to built and update nodes (propagations) on a cluster- tree structured Bayes net or something like this ( especially a program written in Pascal, C or VB with full functions such as building, storing, loading, inferrence on an Bayes network ).
