   First,'cordon' is a nick name,not real name. so :)

   BNs represent the uncertain rules through
probability,while your rules is certain. I think this
is important. If you get the rules is uncertain,while
the original rules is certain. It's very hard to
compare them.

And you don't descirbe how you get the rules from
data, and its format.
