hi all, i'm new to programming, and not confident my use of cell arrays is the best way to store cliques and separator sets.
what do other people who are programming with fortran or matlab use as their variable type and structures? note that i'm working with undirected graphs, but i need to keep track of orderings for perfect orderings and running intersection property.
