The Primula System for modeling random relational structures

Primula is a Java implementation of the the 'Relational Bayesian Network'
language. Relational Bayesain networks are a powerful language for the
specification of probabilistic models for random relations. This includes
models such as dynamic Bayesian networks, probabilistic relational models,
random graphs, and many more.
Primula is distributed free under the GNU general public license.
