I am a graduate student at Industrial Engineering Dep. of Boğaziçi University, Turkiye. I have developed a different search based heuristic approach to determine the best elimination sequence for exact inference in belief networks. Recently, I have completed it and I have not much time for its due. Now, I want to test it by comparing some known solutions.
Algorithm uses "required total multiplication number" for a query as the performance measure between different factorings. If you have Bayes nets those also with associated information of "a specific query" and "the total multiplication number of that specific query for an optimal or near-optimal sequence", then I will be really thankful for your help. Could you send me, please, these nets you have?
