Dear Colleagues,
I am looking for freeware that behaves similar to Autoclass, but
which is user friendly. That is, there should be a single hidden
variable whose values are the possible classes. The system then
searches over possible values of this variable. In particular, I want
to be able to say that some data items must be from the same class.
If anyone knows of such software, I would greatly appreciate learning
of it. My student needs it for an environmental Biology project.

p.s. In general, a good decision analyst does not vote in national
elections because of the small chance of affecting the outcome.
However, in this presidential election the value of the outcomes are
sufficiently different to merit the time to vote.
