The Alberta Ingenuity Centre for Machine Learning (AICML) is pleased to announce the *AICML Merit Research Award* of $10,000 to outstanding graduate students interested in working on Machine Learning and Data Mining or related subfields under the supervision of one of the Principal Investigators of the centre. All graduate student candidates applying to the MSc or PhD program are eligible. One AICML Merit Research Award will be given per year, based on merit. This award is in addition to any financial support the student may receive from other sources and is not conditioned on receiving any other scholarship, award or stipend.
