                     PROFESSOR OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (2 positions)

The Department of Computer Science and Operations Research invites applications 
for TWO tenure-track positions at the rank of Assistant Professor in the area 
of artificial intelligence, with a specialization in machine learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be expected to teach at all three levels of the 
curriculum, supervise graduate students, engage in ongoing research and 
scientific publication, and contribute to the academic life and reputation of 
the University.

REQUIREMENTS

- PhD in computer science or a related discipline.
- The candidate is expected to contribute in the areas of probabilistic models, 
deep learning, and
their application to video games.
- Teaching experience desirable.
- Publication record.
- Proficiency in the French language. The Université de Montréal is a Québec
