Dear colleague, A pre-organized session on Probabilistic Reasoning, hosted by IWINAC2013, is intended to bring together people working on the research of probabilistic models for representing and solving problems with uncertainty.
IWINAC2013, the 5th. International Work-conference on the Interplay between Natural and Artificial Computation, will take place in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) from 10 to 14 of June, 2013 (information in http://www.iwinac.org/iwinac2013/) We hope the session on Probabilistic Reasoning will be a meeting point for the discussion and collaboration among the participants. Theoretical and applied submissions related to the next topics will be welcomed: - Representation and solution methods for probabilistic models. - Learning and data mining methods. - Inference algorithms. - Application of probabilistic models to real-world problems. - Software tools for probabilistic models. We invite submissions related to one or more of the above topics. Papers submitted for review should report on original, previously unpublished work. Each submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Instructions about the submission procedure are explained on the web page http://www.iwinac.org/iwinac2013/paper-submission.html. Papers must be first sent to the session organizers ([email protected] or [email protected]). The terms and conditions about paper presentation and publication are available at http://www.iwinac.org. Please, remember the deadline for paper submission is: ** February 15, 2013 **. Best regards, Manuel Luque and Manuel Arias. _______________________________________________ uai mailing list [email protected] https://secure.engr.oregonstate.edu/mailman/listinfo/uai
