Salary for an Associate Lecturer: A$78K - A$84K (plus 17% employer
superannuation and leave loading)
Salary for a Lecturer: A$88K - A$104K (plus 17% employer superannuation and
leave loading)
Salary for a Senior Lecturer: A$107K - A$123K per year (plus 17% employer
superannuation and leave loading)
COFA is Australia’s leading faculty of experimental art and design in a
research intensive Group of Eight University, with specialisations in media
innovation, creative practice and visual culture. Led by a Dean with a vision
for interdisciplinary teaching, research and creative practice, COFA needs

Located in new state-of-the-art facilities in Sydney’s inner city, COFA is
investing in new talent by offering six positions to teachers/researchers of
exceptional calibre and potential in the early stages of their academic career
(up to seven years post PhD). We are especially interested in applicants with
a record of bridging art, design, media, humanities, science and engineering to
participate in the implementation of our new innovative degree programs.

Appointments will be offered on the basis of a convertible (tenure-track)
employment contract for an initial term of three years with conversion to a
continuing appointment based on performance.
