About the Position: We offer a fully funded (3.5 years) PhD position at Imperial College London. The PhD project will center around probabilistic machine learning in the context of high-dimensional sensory inputs and decision making under uncertainty. Potential starting date: early 2014.

Applicants should be enthusiastic about research and have a strong background in - Machine Learning - Mathematics (probability theory, matrix algebra, statistics, ...) Experience in Gaussian processes, reinforcement learning, robotics, and/or neuroscience can be valuable.
