We will discuss an interdisciplinary topic, focused on computer supported health education - multimedia well-being and health literacy (WeLL framework) that enables allied health professionals and empowers patients and their families through just-in-time health education focused on developing prevention and self-management skills related to health and psychological conditions. A patient-centric value model which was designed for emergent markets, relays on engaging the family of the patient to care for them prior and after procedures. In order to achieve this goal we are developing a literacy program which use gaming engine as mechanism of action base learning to deliver content regardless of the language or dialect the person speaks. This special session is part of the 6th International Conference on Computer Supported Education (CSEDU - http://www.csedu.org/), which is sponsored by the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (INSTICC), technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Education Society and held in cooperation with the ACM SIGITE - ACM Special Interest Group for Information Technology Education, the European Council for Business Education (ECBE) and ATIEF. INSTICC is Member of the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC), Object Management Group (OMG), European Society for Engineering Education (SEFI), European Association of Technology-Enhanced Learning (EATEL) and International Society for Engineering Education (IGIP). The Science and Technology Events (SCITEVENTS) will be the logistic Partner and the Open Education Europa, and Internet Multimedia Search and Mining will be the Media Partners. CSEDU will be held in Barcelona, Portugal next year, on April 1 - 3, 2014. Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. All accepted papers will be published in a special section of the conference proceedings book, under an ISBN reference and on CD-ROM support. The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI), INSPEC, DBLP, EI (Elsevier Index) and Scopus. All papers presented at the conference venue will be available at the SCITEPRESS Digital Library (http://www.scitepress.org/DigitalLibrary/).
