Dear Colleagues, The new ACM SIGAI Career Network Conference (http://sigai.acm.org/cnc) will be co-located with AAAI in Austin, Texas in January 2015. This conference is an opportunity for early career researchers, particularly students and postdocs who will be on the job market, to present their research, and we are hoping to attract many potential employers as well as other senior researchers who want to learn about cutting-edge AI research. We will continue to accept submissions through Monday, October 13. Submission is very lightweight: a 3-page abstract / research statement is the main requirement. SIGAI will be providing travel support for selected applicants, and the conference will be held right next to the AAAI venue the day before the main AAAI conference starts! We think this is going to be a great event, and we'd love to get some more diversity of AI areas represented in the program.
