We are very much delighted to invite you, on behalf of the organizing committee, to submit a paper and participate as a speaker at the upcoming “14th IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering (ISKE2019) “during November 14-16, 2019 in Dalian, China.
