Greetings from ISKE2019!

We are very much delighted to invite you, on behalf of the organizing 
committee, to submit a paper and participate as a speaker at the upcoming “14th 
IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering 
(ISKE2019) “during November 14-16, 2019 in Dalian, China.
This conference aims to provide a platform for technical and scientific 
professionals from academia, research and industries in the fields of 
intelligent systems and knowledge engineering to exchange knowledge and 
distribute the emerging state-of-the-art technologies. ISKE2019 accepts 
submissions that have not been published or submitted in any form elsewhere. 
Besides technical and research papers, submissions reporting on industrial case 
studies are also welcome.

Accepted papers will be published in a conference proceeding by IEEE. The 
proceedings will be submitted and reviewed by the IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex

Paper Submission
Papers reporting original research results and experience are solicited. Each 
paper should have no more than 8 pages, including references and illustrations, 
written in IEEE conference proceedings format (See the templates available at: 
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html). 
Papers must be written in English and submitted electronically as a PDF/Word 
file at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iske2019 Each submission should 
be regarded as an undertaking that, should the submission be accepted, at least 
one of the authors must register the paper and attend the conference to present 
the work.
