The Full Papers of Plenary Speeches' Candidates, original and never published elsewhere, will be evaluated and in case of acceptance they will be published in a journal. ------------------------------------------------------------- Expected Number of Participants / Papers: 800 - 1000. Banquet is included in the registration. Proceeding will be published by IEEE, and will be indexed immediately in ISI, Scopus, Engineering Village, EI Compendex, IEEEXplore, INSPEC (IET), Googlescholar, etc. Extended versions of all the papers will be published in ISI, Scopus, EI Compendex, Googlescholar indexed journals.
