Background: I have minimal background in programming, so Im sorry if my questions are not adequate I often go and check a certian textfield in a website (right or left collumn etc). E.g. updates from trafic company on train delays, latest news, wether, football standings etc. I would like to find a universal method and make various commands that could identity these textfields and retreive the text and display them in the transparent ubiquity field. I try to use the view-source command to see if there was any way to identify a certain area of a web-site. It seems to me that its connected to "class" (class="name of textfield") It would be great if someone could make a code-template which could be reproduced for other sites by substituting with other class names (found in view-source) in a site. Maybe the command could be called "retreive" Even better would be to make a command that easily could genarate new commands for these kind of textfield-retrieving. The procedure would be to highlight the headline of a textfield. You would then get a popup meny where you would be asked to give a name for your new command. When this was done you could type the new command and get the text from the collumn/ field into the ubiquity-preview-transparent- field Would any of these ideas be possible, or are there already commands that I could easily twist (with minmal programming skills) for these purposes???
