Hi -

Someone was asking on Get Satisfaction about asynchronous noun suggestions
[1], so I went ahead and added a section [2] to the Command Author tutorial,
under Development Hints.

If you have a moment, please look it over and let me know (or just fix it!)
if anything looks wrong or isn't clear.

Also: I added it to both the 0.1 and "source tip" versions of the tutorial,
since I believe it applies to both. It looked to me like content was being
mirrored manually across these two docs -- is that correct?
