I too observed this with Ubiquity 0.2pre4 beta release on FF 3.0.5 on Windows.
This is what shown on error console Warning: nsUbiquity not available, using standard Components.utils.evalInSandbox() instead ([Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004002 (NS_NOINTERFACE) [nsIUbiquity.evalInSandbox]" nsresult: "0x80004002 (NS_NOINTERFACE)" location: "JS frame :: file:///C:/FF_dev_profile/extensions/[email protected]/modules/sandboxfactory.js :: SandboxFactory :: line 76" data: no]). Source File: file:///C:/FF_dev_profile/extensions/[email protected]/modules/sandboxfactory.js Line: 81 Error: reserved slot index out of range Source File: file:///C:/FF_dev_profile/extensions/[email protected]/modules/feedaggregator.js Line: 53 This is what I did on a new and empty FF profile. 1. Downloaded beta version from https://wiki.mozilla.org/Labs/Ubiquity 2. Tried Ctrl-space to bring up the ubiquity UI. It worked as expected. 3. Closed FF and restarted it. 4. On opening error console, you see above errors 5. On pressing Ctrl-space, nothing comes up. On error console, I saw "Error: gUbiquity is null Source File: chrome://ubiquity/content/browser.js Line: 204" I tried to debug with FireBug, I couldn't figure out how to break point on ubiquity init code. Could someone let me know how one can debug this part of ubiquity code ?
