Hi All, Does anyone know of any projects attempting voice command with Ubiquity. There's a new game called End War which demonstrates a very effective strategy for voice command that could prove useful to use. The user initiates the voice command by pressing a button on the controller. This triggers a small menu to pop-up containing a small list of possible "first words" for the sentence inventory. Saying a word from the list triggers a sub-menu containing all words which follow the selected word. This continues until the user has constructed a full command.
I've been playing this game for the past month or so, and being a NLP/AI enthusiast, I've been very surprised by the effectiveness of this approach. Because it's based on commands, I think the approach is applicable to Ubiquity. This would be awesome for using Ubiquty in cell phones for example. What is involved with tying Ubiquity to a voice-recognition technology?
