I am a newbie Ubiquity user and love ubiquity. Many times, I come across a
ubiquity command (either the builtin or the commands on the wild) and I
think of one more thing that the command could do.

For example, I came across this "nytimes" command that gives me the most
recent headlines. This is good. But then, I can think of several other ways
in which I can extend this command. For example, I could have an argument
passed into this command such as "nytimes science" or "nytimes tech" etc
that displays the news headlines in the category. Also, instead of just
displaying the headline, I would want the first few words from that news
item in the preview (like what the "google" or "wiki" command does)

So what would be the recommended way of extending an existing command? Do I
make a new command for myself with these extra options, even though most of
the code is similar to the existing command? This is fine with me, but this
could mean that, in future, there would be different versions of the same
command, on the ubiquity herd and am wondering if this would complicate the
subscription process.

Thanks
Arun
