Hey everyone, I wanted to send out a big thanks to the entire extended team for Ubiquity 0.1.5. It's our most stable and successful release yet -- I think we are starting to hit our stride. Although we are all distributed across the world (and we don't have a Ubiquity conference yet) we should all take the time to go out and have a beer.
So here is my proposal for celebrations. This Saturday is the official Ubiquity celebration day. Everyone should go out and celebrate. If you feel comfortable with it, take a picture of you celebrating and post it to this thread. It will be the first distributed release party I know of :) For me, I'm going to try to make it to my favorite Belgian bar in SF. --------------------- We've just some of the great coverage for this release: http://www.informationweek.com/news/internet/browsers/showArticle.jhtml?articleID=212900831[A great quote from Zach Lym's blog in here] http://blog.wired.com/business/2009/01/mozilla-has-rel.html http://ostatic.com/blog/ubiquity-a-powerful-firefox-extension-gets-an-overhaul http://webworkerdaily.com/2009/01/15/two-essential-time-saving-firefox-extensions/ http://www.lifehacker.com.au/tips/2009/01/15/ubiquity_sees_major_update_new_look_better_performance.html http://blog.internetnews.com/skerner/2009/01/mozilla-ubiquity-hits-version.html http://www.osnews.com/story/20759/Mozilla_s_Ubiquity_Logo_Contest http://www.readwriteweb.com/archives/feedly_integrates_with_ubiquity.php -- aza | ɐzɐ -- --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ubiquity-firefox" group.
