Let me introduce yet another timezone converter: tzconvert [1]. fxconvert converts timezones using TimeZone Converter service [2]. If you don't know the three chars defining a timezone, you can type as well the user friendly city name.
For instance, tz 10am from pst to gmt+1 tz from new_york to london As usual there is the documentation in illuminated code format [3].
