Hello everybody,

I'm spending some time today to try to understand what actually is
this "context" that is supposed to be defined when triggering a
command.
I would like to execute arbitrary code each time Ubiquity is opened
that execute an existing command.

I'm trying to use the following piece of code right in the Ubiquity
Command Editor:

context.chromeWindow.gUbiquity.__cmdManager.__cmdSource.getCommand
( "existing-command" ).execute(
  context, {text:"any text"}, {} );
);

Of course it doesn't work because there is no context defined when the
code is executed. The problem is that I don't know exactly what a
context is (there is no documentation about it AFAIK) and how to
"build" one...

Thanks in advance for your clarifications : )
