If you don't use a command, you can disable it by going to the "Your 
Commands" page on about:ubiquity (you can get there by using the "help" 
command).

Also, Ubiquity will learn which commands you use. So if you keep using 
"Google", eventually it will always be suggested first.

Unfortunately, as Fernando mentioned, there was a bug that reset which 
commands you use whenever you upgraded Ubiquity.
