This is part of the i18n work, that will not only make the ubiquity parser
work for which-ever language you choose, but also provide locale settings
for commands to use.

We've set up a new group for discussion on this recently, so if you're
interested in this part of ubiquity, I'd suggest you keep an eye on
http://groups.google.com/group/ubiquity-i18n
