Ubiquity is mapped to control + space on my computer. This seems to happen with each update and, at some point, after rebooting or some other voodoo, I may get the ability to add bookmarks back. It also may may a reappearance after a subsequent update, only to be lost again, as with 0.2 pre17. IMO, it's likely an interaction with another add-on but it happens when Ubiquity is the only add on that is changed.
