I'm pretty sure you won't lose them, but it's been a while since I've tried migrating from 0.1 to 0.2 so I'm not making any promises. As far as I know (I haven't touched that part of the codebase) they both use the same sqlite system to store subscriptions, namely the ubiquity_ann.sqlite file in your profile folder. (as a precaution, you can backup this file before the upgrade)
