Perfect, I knew I was missing a setting somewhere. I did not realize
that each calendar had its own time zone that was interpreted with
respect to the global Google Calendar time zone. Makes sense.

@Fernando: as far as I can see add-to-calendar already works like
that.

Great application folks. I am enjoying using it and frankly am
starting to wish I had Ubiquity access even when I am not working on
Firefox -- it is addictive.
