No idea. You're SUPPOSED to subscribe to the herd command feed here https://ubiquity.mozilla.com/herd/command-feed/, and it's supposed to take your subscriptions and aggregate them onto the Herd. But this doesn't seem to be happening.
The last command was added on the 17th of Feb, so they must have stopped updating it. Looks like a bummer.
