On the other side, normal users have to deal with a bare command line every day when they enter a web address, i belive that the proyect aims to make that command line smarter and easier to use, remember the ubiquity graphical experiment, some versions ago, it provided very useful abstractions, based on the command line. (you can always wade through a menu to use ubiquity)
