Nick,

Could you try the following?

1. First, check the error console (Tools -> Error Console) and see if
there are any Ubiquity messages there.
2. Second, try typing "about:ubiquity" into the address bar and see if
it brings up the Ubiquity interface.
3. If it does, click on the "Support" tab and use the reset feature.
Make sure to note any customizations you've made to Ubiquity, as
they'll be lost. (Ubiquity can export your settings in Json format,
but it can't yet read it back into Ubiq in any useful way.)

Let me know the answer to 1 and 2, and if 3 works for you.  This is an
error we have been unable to replicate, so your help in tracking it
down is appreciated.
