I'm using Firefox 3.5.2 and was not able to install Ubiquity today;
only when I installed the version mentioned above, it showed up in the
add-ons list (it installed before but after restarting did not show
up).

After restarting, a page shows up with a parsing error: XML parsing
error: error during processing of external entity reference Location:
file:///C:/Users/rmnd/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/h8p78721.default/extensions/[email protected]/chrome/content/confirm-add-command.xhtml?url=http://projects.fligtar.com/ubiquity/add-on.php&sourceUrl=http://projects.fligtar.com/ubiquity/add-on.js&title=fligtar.com%20%E2%80%BA%20Ubiquity%20Commands
Line number 8, column 5: %ubiquityaboutDTD; ----^

Is there anything I can do to not receive that error again?
