I have the same problem.
With ubiquity 0.5 there weren't any problems, but after upgrading to
1.5.4. I can't acces my options.
The only difference with the one above is that it says about.xhtml
But its also line number 8, column 5 %ubiquityaboutDTD; ----^
So I can't acces my options, but I can't add commands either, with the
same error.
I hope you can do something about it.
